What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all clients for any prepayment within 2 weeks of your subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services, then simply send us an email with 2 weeks notice. We will cancel your subscription with us and refund any payment you already made for the next month. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

Who will work as our accountant & what will be their workplace?

We assign each company to a Senior Accountant who acts as a consultant & advise clients with their queries when necessary. Besides that, each company has a dedicated accountant assigned to them who performs weekly bookkeeping & accounting works for the client. Our freelance accountants are professionally trained & part qualified ACCAs, who weekly visit client’s office to complete the work for that week. They can also work from OTA’s office by accessing the cloud applications, if necessary.

Can I upgrade after signing up?
